Client Services Associate

Artistic Tile is seeking an exceptional candidate to represent our brand and deliver luxury service to our clients. Stone Slab Handler

The Slab Handler is responsible for hosting client appointments and pulling slab orders accurately and safely via an overhead crane. Previous experience using an overhead crane and clamp truck with boom attachments is necessary.  The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience within the stone industry. Basic knowledge of stone stop operations and fabrication is a plus. Wage is commensurate with experience. This position is full-time with a comprehensive benefit package. Certification is required to operate machinery, and will be arranged by Artistic Tile. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Host slab appointments for customers.

• Prepare slabs for shipments.

• Unload slabs from containers using a forklift, extended boom, and clamp assembly.

• Arrange slabs properly by forklift/crane in Slab Warehouse.

• Maintain a clean and safe slab area for both staff and customers.

• Perform additional duties as required and/or requested.

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

• High School diploma

• 2+ years warehouse experience required.

• 2+ years experience operating forklift clamp trucks with boom attachment and crane assembly.

• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.  

 

Physical Demands:

 

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must occasionally lift, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.

Concierge

We are looking for a polished, professional Concierge to oversee daily operations of our new Nashville Showroom.  In this role, you will work alongside our showroom design staff to ensure an exemplary client experience.  Your role is critical to creating a welcoming, clean, and warm environment to receive our clients and partners into.  An elite experience starts from the first moment of contact and helps ensure our engagements are set off properly.  Consistent management and vigilance towards maintaining perfection are paramount to the success of this role, and the organization as a whole.  Your role is critical to the success of our business and an integral part of our ability to exceed our customers’ expectations.  

 

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the showroom is kept in pristine condition at all times, including cabinetry installations, conference rooms and work areas

• Welcoming all visitors and offering them beverages

• Offering to walk clients through the showroom

• Work with outside vendors for maintenance of the showroom

• Ensure flawless day to day operation of the showroom, including meeting/event preparation, coordinating catering and general maintenance

• Performing basic administrative tasks including ordering of supplies when needed, answering phone calls and working with other showrooms and headquarters when needed

Residential Cabinetry Designer/Sales

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated Cabinetry Designer to join the design team and generate sales in our new Nashville Showroom location.  In this role, you are responsible for working directly with our clients, overseeing and realizing the full potential of every project and driving sales.  You will seek out and develop new client relationships, directly contributing to the growth of our new location. As you operate at the forefront of our business, you are brand ambassadors, ensuring a consistent and elevated experience at the pinnacle of luxury cabinetry design.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate sales using your cabinetry design experience, based on walk-in showroom enquiries and referrals, and ensuring the capture of the full project potential, including all rooms available to bid

• Direct meetings and contacts with potential clients, including coverage of showroom for walk-in enquiries

• Maintain displays in showroom for client presentation

• Schedule design meetings with new and established clients

• Perform design work and lay out design plans to put into AutoCAD

• Exercise independent judgment in day to day operation of showroom

• Follow through once the job is sold and remain the central point person until job is complete

• Work closely with internal technical design and project management teams, as well as subcontractors, to ensure a smooth client experience

• Represent the company at various functions such as showroom events, trade shows, and kitchen tours

 

Job Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication and presentation skills

• Five or more years of kitchen/bath sales and design experience with a proven track record of driving cabinet sales and working with high end clientele

• Certified kitchen designer preferred but not required

• Knowledge of cabinetry construction and interior design space planning

• A good knowledge of residential construction and architectural planning

• Ability to read architectural plans

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prepare and follow through on necessary paperwork related to the design and sale

• Ability to be proactive and problem solve

• Creative and confident with a friendly demeanor

• Must represent the brand and the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

• Present in a professional and expert manner with high level of service

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
